Refund Policy

You see your restored photo before you pay, so you know what you're buying.

If something is wrong after you pay (a file doesn't open, a photo didn't come out like the preview, or you're not happy with a result), email support@astheywere.com within 30 days with your order number. We'll redo the photo or refund you.

If we can't deliver your order, we refund you in full automatically.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5-10 business days.
